Did another clean install and after uninstall, rebooted after the standard vga adapter installed, before installing the nv drivers, and they seem to be working stutter free at the moment. The only way I've found around that so far is with precision x's voltage slider, which will only slide up as far as you've unlocked. I think should be fine on lowest settings. So you hvidia use Regards.
